Amanda Campbell joined Commonwealth Financial Group in Charleston, South Carolina in 2014 and currently supports the Commonwealth team of advisors as the Director of Financial Planning.

After graduating from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill, Amanda spent the first 6 years of her professional life with an independent RIA in Raleigh, North Carolina.  She obtained her Certified Financial Planner® certification in 2012, holds FINRA Series 6, 7, 63, and 65 registrations and is life and health insurance licensed in several states.

Amanda and her team collaborate with the advisors at Commonwealth to create comprehensive, fee-based financial plans for families and individuals.  The team follows a systemic approach to planning:

-       data gathering

-       data verification + goal identification

-       detailed cash flow + “gaps” analysis

-       solution development + plan stress testing

-       quarterly progress updates + adjustments

Financial plan deliverables include comprehensive cash flow reports, a written executive summary and checklist, plus an interactive “what if” presentation using our Decision Center software.  Clients also receive access to a personal website equipped with account aggregation capabilities, budget monitoring and secure cloud storage.  Using these tools and this process, our advisors help clients implement appropriate strategies based on hard data, customized to each client’s goals and needs.

Originally from upstate New York, Amanda now resides with her husband, daughter and two mutts in Winston-Salem, North Carolina and regularly visits our beautiful Daniel Island office.

Separate from the financial plan and our role as financial planner, we may recommend the purchase of specific investment or insurance products or accounts.  These product recommendations are not part of the financial plan and you are under no obligation to follow them.  Amanda Campbell is a registered representative and investment advisor representative with Securian Financial Services, Inc.DOFU 04-19-18 2095437
